**Description:**
We are seeking a full-time **Spine Physical Therapist** to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team at the STARS Nampa Health Plaza Acute Spine Clinic. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with spine-related issues, using specialized programming and an interdisciplinary approach to help them regain functionality and improve their quality of life.
You will work closely with a physiatrist in a collaborative environment, delivering exceptional spine-focused rehabilitation services. Our team fosters a fun and supportive atmosphere that encourages professional growth.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy treatment programs specifically targeting spine health.
+ Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring a focus on spine rehabilitation.
+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including a physiatrist and other specialists, to provide holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.
+ Engage in ongoing education and training related to spine therapy to stay current with best practices.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.
+ Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network, required at hire.
+ Previous experience in outpatient and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
+ 1-2 years of experience specifically in spine therapy is highly desirable.
