Qualifications:

Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; previous experience in home health, preferredMust meet Clinical Competency requirementsAbility to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceCurrent CPR certification
