Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist according to the attending physician's Plan of Care.

Required Qualifications: 

Completion of an accredited PTA program. Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. 1 year of PTA experience in a supervised clinical setting. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process. Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a PTA in a home health care setting. Experience as a PTA with geriatric patients.
