Schedule: Per Diem/On-Call, Day shift
Possible Service Locations: position floats between Thurston County, Pierce County, Lewis County and Mason County


Job Description:
Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Associate's degree in physical therapy Assistance. Or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
