Required Qualifications:

 Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapy Assistant License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year clinical experience with physical disabilities.
