We would work with you to create a schedule/split between **outpatient clinic** and **Hospitalist** work that is both rewarding and sustainable. + Our ideal candidate is a motivated, flexible team-player that has strong skills and broad interests. **CLINIC SPECIFICS** + Multi-specialty clinic includes: 6 Family Medicine with 4 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Consultative Pediatrics, General Surgery, and visiting specialties + On-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support + Nurse Online Triage 24/7 + EPIC integrated with Essentia system **HOSPITALIST SPECIFICS** + Essentia Health Virginia Hospital is an 83-bed hospital, Level IV Trauma Center and certified Stroke Ready facility + Staffing model of 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on days and 1 dedicated physician nocturnist + Average team census 24-28 patients, includes admissions. + Typical 7-day on, 7-day off schedule throughout the year; 175 shifts is considered full-time. Flexible scheduling + Hospitalist-run ICU + Requires ventilator management for 24-48hrs.
