Job Title: Physician – Rheumatology - Maple Grove, MN
University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Rheumatologist Physician to join our community based practice in Maple Grove, MN. This is a multi-specialty clinic with many services available onsite.
Practice Highlights:This position includes clinical duties working at the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center located in Maple Grove . More than 30 medical specialties in one convenient location with access to specialty care for children and adults, as well as a surgery center, cancer center and a breast center. Earned the distinction of being a diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence and a joint commission certified Ambulatory Surgery Center.
The position will work with community and academic based rheumatologists across the M Health Fairview integrated system.
This is a general rheumatology position with the opportunity to focus in areas of interest. Will provide high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections to adult patients.
On-site imaging and lab available.
Exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the system.
Fully integrated EMR (EPIC).
Call: 1:4, phone call only with low call volume
Full time position, 1.0 FTE
H1B Visa candidates will be considered
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited ACGME internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship training program.
Board eligible/certified with the ABIM for internal medicine and rheumatology.
Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota, and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
