The Physician/Advanced Practitioner Recruiter is part of the Provider Relations department and oversees the Provider Experience Journey, including sourcing and acquisition of provider talent; onboarding; provider relations; business to business provider marketing; provider engagement; provider retention; and succession management. Professional staff in the department provide expert guidance to providers across SPH in these critical areas.
