*POSITION SUMMARY:* The Physician Advisor is a key member of the Health First Hospital Division, responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient use of healthcare services. This role involves conducting case reviews, providing clinical guidance, and collaborating with medical staff to meet regulatory requirements and optimize patient outcomes. Conduct Case Reviews: Perform comprehensive evaluations of patient cases to ensure proper care levels, length of stay, and resource utilization. 2. Educate Medical Staff: Provide ongoing education to physicians and healthcare professionals on compliance, documentation, and care standards. 3. Collaborate on Patient Care: Work closely with attending physicians and healthcare teams to enhance patient care plans and address quality issues. 4. Facilitate Payer Interactions: Act as a liaison with payers to streamline approvals and address denials effectively. 5. Improve Documentation: Assist in enhancing clinical documentation for precise coding and accurate data representation. 6.
