Management reserves the right to revise the job description or require that other tasks be performed when the circumstances of the job change (for example, emergencies, staff changes, workload, or technical development)._ **EDUCATION** Master's: Physician Assistant **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE** PA-Physician Assistant CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA) BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider NCCPA-National Physician Assistant Certification **DEPARTMENT REQUIRED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE** Affiliate: Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Department: Urgent Care & Cardiology, ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:** Bilingual (Spanish) **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** Medical knowledge and skills applicable to perform within the scope of practice. Verbal and written communication skills for regular contact with patients, physicians and staff. Computer data entry skills to enter patient information in Electronic Health Record. Organizational skills. Ability to work with others in a flexible, cooperative manner.
