This position will be a full-time position rotating a maximum of 75, 24-hour shifts per year to include every 3 rd weekend and holiday as an Emergency Department Provider and simultaneously a Hospitalist. Candidates can expect an average daily census of six ED and eight med/surg patients. **Starting at $155,000 annual salary** **with additional consideration for experience** **$25,000 BONUS** **Paid upon completion of 90-days of continuous employment** **(to be forgiven over 36 months)** Potential benefits include free life insurance, partially paid health and dental insurance, PTO, ESL, Flexible Spending Accounts, and retirement plan with up to 5% employer match. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:** Graduate of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Educational Program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs **CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE and/or REGISTRATIONS:** Licensure as a Physician Assistant and the ability to practice in the state of South Dakota is required. Federal and State DEA certification is required for South Dakota. BLS, ACLS/ALS, PALS, ATLS, and QMHP completion is required upon next available program.
