surgery APP is the cornerstone of patient care The APPmanages all pre operative and post operative cardiac surgical patients within Hartford Hospital performing HP assessing and documenting patient progress participating in attending rounds collaborating with a variety of consultants and specialties and engaging in independent decision making This position requires management of emergency situations care of a variety of cardiac surgical patients including all types of Durable Cardiac Assist Devices and heart transplantsThe APP manages multiple cardiac critical care patients with varied critical illness comprehensive physical assessments interpretation of diagnostic results hemodynamicventilator management and invasive proceduresThese patients require vigilance and consist of
