The Gundersen Health System is looking for a full-time Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a multi-disciplinary Patient Centered care team in Tomah, which integrates family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics. This is a 1.0 FTE, outpatient only position working 35 direct patient care hours, between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This position will be responsible for overseeing their own patient panel.
