Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Physician Assistant in Urology to join their dedicated, collegial team in Santa Rosa, California. You will work alongside 4 urologists and 2 APPs, with opportunities for growth in the position. Enjoy making a meaningful impact on patients' lives while experiencing the beauty of Sonoma County. * No urology experience required but it’s certainly helpful * New grads are welcome to apply * Primarily outpatient/clinic work with the potential of inpatient work (rounding/consults/assisting) * 20-25 patients per day once fully up to speed (after 1 year likely) * 8am-5pm M-F schedule * 4 Urologists in the group * Compensation is between $166,072 and $215,838 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
