This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Medical Group to provide medical services to patients. **Position Highlights:** + Assist in surgery; Cardiac and Vascular + Occasional outpatient clinics + Rotating rounding responsibilities, working closely with the CVICU team + May place/remove Intra Aortic Balloon Pumps + Obtains patient history and performs assessment. Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic procedures + Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health conditions + Provides counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources **Responsibilities:** + Obtains patient history and performs assessment.
