Practice Description Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care team at M Health Fairview - Wound Healing Institute - Edina. Work in the capacity of an attending provider in an outpatient specialty services setting including patient care management, wound and vascular care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, prescribing medications and discharge planning. Practice Details: Collaborate, consult and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and staff throughout the continuum of care. Average of 12-18 patient encounters per day. Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). BC/BE through NCCPA. Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Wound care certification within 6 months of hire, if not already certified.
