**Job Description** **Licensure/Certification Qualifications:** PRACTICE SPECIFICS + Due to exciting growth, Essentia Health in Bismarck, ND is looking to recruit a physician to join our Elder Care team. + Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program + Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits + Practice includes 2 NPs + Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package + Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation **REQUIREMENTS OPTIONS** + BC/BE Geriatrician or + BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience + BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience **LOCATION** + "Bismarck's The Spot".
