Our ideal candidate would be a motivated, team-player interested in helping us build a rural, medical hub with extensive specialty services offered through our extended, Essentia network.Outpatient, clinic practicePart-time Hospitalist, if desiredLimited call, 1:10; requirement (pediatrics/nursery only) with avg census of 1Top pay & relocation offered.  Generous benefit package!  Minimum of 6 weeks off per year.Average 18-19 patients seen per day in clinic (after onboarding)State-of-the-art clinic overlooking a golf courseNP/PA support of practiceOn-site Chronic Disease Management nursing supportNurse Online Triage 24/7Multi-specialty clinic includes; 8 Family Medicine with 4 advanced practitioners with Integrated Behavioral Health, Audiology, Anesthesiology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, General & Hand Surgery, and numerous visiting specialtiesFull-service clinic including, laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy and optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center with CHF clinic, and warfarin clinicEPIC as EMR that is integrated with entire Essentia systemAdmit to adjacent Essentia Health Virginia Hospital-30 beds, 4 Pediatric beds, Level I Nursery, Level IVTrauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility

COMPENSATION

$300,317. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
