PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Exciting Opportunity: Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.Ideal Candidate: Leadership skills, energetic team-player, passionate about patient care in the Northland.Support & Development: Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.High-Quality Practice Model: 1. Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.  2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.Specialty Outreach Services: Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.Prenatal Patients: Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired.Hospital Rounding: Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.Medical Records: EPIC system.

COMPENSATION

$307,633. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
