Overview Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Vadnais Heights. Join a collegial and supportive family medicine physician group, including 4 physicians providing OB care. Practice Details: 11 provider primary care practice. Patient encounters average 15-20 patients per day. Openings: .80 FTE - 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Call Frequency: Call is approximately 1:12 (low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage) As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Income Details: Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.
