Practice Details: 11 provider primary care practice which includes 9 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day. Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule. Call Frequency: 5 weeks per year. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Income Details: Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.
