Position Overview
Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to lead as a faculty member at our Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency Program. This well-established, ACGME-accredited program has been a cornerstone of family medicine education for over 45 years. We are looking for a physician with a passion for education, patient care, and shaping the future of medicine. Candidates with previous academic or educational experience are strongly preferred.
Residency Program Highlights
• Guide and educate Family Medicine residents in a nationally recognized residency program with 10 residents per class.
• Engage in part-time clinical practice and prenatal care, including deliveries and inpatient care.
• Participate in inpatient medicine rounding with residents.
• Collaborative, team-based care approach with a shared call schedule.
• Opportunities for faculty development and growth.
• Innovative, longitudinal curriculum with an underserved track in partnership with Jane Pauley Community Health Center.
• Work alongside a strong, supportive faculty team and use the Epic EMR system across all clinical settings.
Facility & Network Features
• State-of-the-art Community Hospital East, redeveloped in 2018 as a primary educational site.

Licensure & Certification Requirements
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana (including DEA and CSR).
