Community Physician Network is seeking a Physician to join our outpatient practice at the Stones Crossing Pavilion in Greenwood, IN 

·         Shared call schedule

·         Team Based Care Model

·         Fully Integrated EMR system (EPIC)

·         Full onsite lab services

·         Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South

Licensure & Certifications

·         Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine 

·         Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Requirements

·         Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

·         Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
