This is a growth position! + OB for this position is _optional_ + Newer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior + Weekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23) + Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program + Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth + Nurse-on-line triage 24/7 + EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital + Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation + Urgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers + Physician led, professionally managed organization with great team environment + Competitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverage + Minimum 6-weeks’ time off per year **REQUIREMENTS** + BC/BE Family Medicine + Participates in a community-wide OB Group & call ( _if_ opting to provide OB services) **LOCATION** + Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth, MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN + Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior + Superior population: 28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population-130,000 **COMPENSATION** + $293,000.
