Highlights
Community Physician Network seeks a BE/BC Geriatrician to join our inpatient Geriatric Evaluation & Management (GEM) practice. GEM is our hospital-based geriatric consult service consisting of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on the needs of the aging patient during a hospitalization, as well as the needs of both the individual and caregiver at discharge. This position will entail primarily providing direct inpatient care as part of our specialized team at Community Hospital East, but also offers the option/flexibility for additional outpatient geriatrics practice if desired.

Licensure & Certification
BE/BC in Geriatric Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
