The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Hematologist/Oncologist with a focus in blood and marrow transplant to join the Division of Hematologic Malignancies and Cellular Therapeutics team. We are the region's largest BMT and Cellular Immunotherapy program in Kansas.
Qualified candidates must have completed an ACGME accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship, and be board certified/eligible in Hematology. Candidates who have completed a BMT fellowship program preferred.

The HMCT Division is comprised of leading experts in the treatment of hematologic malignancies and immune deficiencies, with 20 faculty members dedicated to developing innovative treatments for these patientsHMCT division operates a large, state-of-the-art, outpatient care facility, therapeutic blood treatment/apheresis center, and annually receives >800 referrals a year and annually performs >300 transplants and CAR-T/cell therapy procedures.The HMCT division has a comprehensive portfolio of pharma-sponsored and investigator-initiated BMT and CAR-T and cell therapy clinical trials and is also a certified CAR-T center for Novartis, Kite and BMS.FACT Accredited and Immune Effector Cell (IEC) program that performs autologous and allogenic transplants, CAR T-cell and cellular therapeutics for blood cancers and solid tumors1,045-bed academic medical center, and 49 bed unit for BMT, cellular therapeutics and hematologic malignancy patients.
