Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

Full Time opportunity with BenefitsWorking week on / week off schedule as hospitalist (ability to work in Outpatient environvment on off weeks if interested)Must be comfortable with the following procedures: intubation, mech vent, moderate sedation, thoracentesis, paracentesisProviding medicine services for MedSurge Behavioral Health and Preop units; avg 10-14 patients/dayRounding on patients each day in hospital 8-9 hours/day and is on call the remainder of the day during your work week.Ability to utilize telehealth while on call if needed

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

 

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
