Elevate market intelligence as well as outcomes and barriers to leadership. · Develops and implements strategic physician marketing plans while understanding profitability. Sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI. · Maintains constant communication to Marketing and Campus/Service Line leadership. · Possess the ability to use Crimson, First Look, SG2, Optum, QlikView to review data and develop strong strategies around that data and intel. · Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respective to all. · Forecasts and monitors volumes and referral patterns to meet organizational goals. · Working closely with consumer marketing and business development teams to coordinate strategic initiatives and implementation, ensuring alignment and support between consumer and physician. · Assists in recruitment as needed.
