**Job Summary:** Under limited direction, provides medical services to hospital patients consistent with the policies and standards of Karmanos Cancer Center and sound medical practice. **Responsibilities:** + Performs duties consistent with all applicable accrediting agencies, third party payor requirements and personnel. + Prepares appropriate documentation of services provided and participates in assignments from third party payors. + Adhere to all KCI policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Current licensure as a M.D. or D.O in the State ofMichigan. + Meets all qualifications as defined in the Medical Staff by-laws.
