TidalHealth in Salisbury, MD is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or a fellowship-trained candidate completing their MFM training. We provide comprehensive, high-risk obstetric care in a multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care for high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with OB/GYNs and other specialists. Perform detailed fetal ultrasounds, prenatal diagnostics (amniocentesis, CVS), and genetic counseling. Manage maternal conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune disorders during pregnancy. Participate in labor and delivery consultations and inpatient management as needed. Supervise and train OB/GYN residents, medical students, and fellows. Engage in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and academic activities.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program. Completion of a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in MD. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-based approach to care.
