Physician - Nocturnal Intensivist

Your job is more than a job.

Full-time Nocturnal Intensivist

East Jefferson General Hospital (EJGH) is a 420-bed, tertiary-care facility located in Metairie, Louisiana, affiliated with the LCMC Health Network, a non-profit health system of eight hospitals across the greater New Orleans area. In 2024, Tulane University School of Medicine transitioned its services from the former Tulane Medical Center to EJGH to form a combined academic and community practice hospital that will serve as Tulane’s Flagship Academic Medical Center. We provide state-of-the-art services, including ECMO and transplant services, with a core mission centered on excellence in patient care. EJGH and Tulane together are experiencing significant growth with goals to become the major academic medical center for the Southeast region. As such, we are expanding our critical care services and level of acuity to include more intensive care physicians.
