Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. PTO Approval Providers/Staff Handles Customer complaints as appropriate Review daily, monthly, quarterly insurance/billing reports Lead teams with Service Excellence Operational Budget Goals Daily Huddles Human Resources Handles HR issues with staff/Manager appropriately Hire staff with Manager Oversee training of New Employees Provider (CME, Onboarding, White Coats, Boards, Greenlight, Meetings, license as needed) Call Schedule (create on-call schedule with locum company and process payment) Call Schedule for providers as needed Review, optimize, monitor all processes in office Report any defects/anomalies to Manager immediately Monitor CLIA, Shred, Hazardous waste usage, equipment, license Demonstrates a willingness to perform the duties of other department personnel when workload requires.Job Requirements
Qualifications /Training:
