Job Description
Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified PM&R physician to join our Golden, Colorado practice in Fall 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, musculoskeletal-focused practice with a strong reputation in spine, sports, and comprehensive orthopedic care.
Position Highlights
· Exceptional opportunity for a PM&R physician with strong clinical skills and a musculoskeletal/spine focus to join an innovative, integrated orthopedic group
· Outpatient-based PM&R practice with emphasis on:
o Non-operative spine care
o Musculoskeletal medicine and sports-related injuries
o Electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS), if applicable
o Coordinating comprehensive non-surgical treatment plans
· Close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and physical therapists in a truly team-based model
· Access to excellent onsite rehabilitation services and imaging
· Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary conferences and case discussions

· 2026 residency and fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply
Position Qualifications
· Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
· Completion of an accredited PM&R residency
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
· Fellowship training in Pain or Musculoskeletal Medicine is welcome but not required
· Eligibility for Colorado medical licensure
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
