Physician Practice Supervisor 1-Breast Center, Vestal MOB Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate. Education/Experience Minimum Required: + High School Graduate or equivalent + Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.
