**Job Description** Location: Oak Park, Illinois Hospital: Rush Oak Park Hospital Department: Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences **Work Type:** Full Time **Inpatient & Outpatient Psychiatrist – Clinical Faculty/Physician** **Rush Oak Park Hospital** **Oak Park, IL** **Rush University Medical Center,** a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of **Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatrist** to be primarily located at Rush Oak Park Hospital. The candidate will join the faculty of our interdisciplinary collaborative academic medical center, and supervise and teach residents, medical students and other trainees. This is a full-time position with academic rank and salary commensurate with experience. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is recruiting a full-time psychiatrist for a position at Rush Oak Park Hospital, in Oak Park, IL. Eligible candidates should be American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology board certified or eligible and possess a strong clinical background with a broad range of psychiatric disorders. The position is for a general psychiatrist with the allocation of 0.6 FTE for consultation-liaison psychiatry and emergency psychiatry and 0.4 FTE for outpatient psychiatry. Inpatient duties would include seeing patients in the emergency room, general medical floor, and intensive care setting at ROPH. The candidate would have opportunities to work with Rush University Medical Students. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.
