The Physician Recruiter plans, implements and directs all activities for the recruitment and hiring of primary care and specialty physicians for the organization. Responsible for conducting, coordinating, and organizing physician searches, which includes the coordination of initial physician contact, coordination of interviews and subsequent visits and relocation. Must maintain key working relationships with internal clients while fostering external relationships with independent recruitment firms, vendors and advertising agencies. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum five years progressively responsible experience in healthcare practice management, HR or related field including experience and proven success in provider recruitment.
