Job Summary
Overview: Step into an impactful role with the community division of Mass General Brigham as a dynamic Physician Recruiter specializing in hospital-based and high-demand specialties. Partner with hospital leaders to identify and attract top-tier talent in fields like hospital medicine, psychiatry, and critical care, as well as hybrid inpatient/outpatient specialties such as cardiology and gastroenterology. Lead innovative recruitment strategies and deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates throughout their hiring journey.Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit physicians for inpatient-focused roles.
• Develop relationships with residency programs and leverage recruitment platforms like Doximity and PracticeLink.
• Manage job postings, interviews, and itineraries for a seamless candidate experience.
• Draft compensation proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and report on recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including credentialing and pre-boarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of healthcare recruiting or related experience, with a focus on hospital-based roles preferred.Knowledge of hospital physician workforce trends and New England’s physician marketplace.Strong communication and organizational skills; experience with recruitment tools like Salesforce.
