Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business. + Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline developmentincluding gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities. + Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and works to enhance the overall experience within the organization. + Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction. + Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** The Physician Relationship Manager is a Liaison/Coordinator role that supports system growth through strategic tactics around operational needs; carries bonus potential based on growth results. The right candidate will focus on supporting growth at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center, surrounding Ascension hospitals and Ascension Medical Group. Cardiovascular Service Line experience preferred. This position is a regional liaison opportunity, not a practice manager position. Musts: + Have exceptional abilities to cultivate and manage relationships + Host and attend events that may occur before or after hours + Have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while also being able to adapt easily to change + Speak with and integrate with hospital leaders/physicians to understand their market inside and out; know service line goals and needs + Must be flexible and present with your clients + Must be able to collaborate with teammates as some of the markets overlap + Have a proven track record and business strategy that works in the healthcare environment Preferences: + Prefer previous business development in a healthcare environment + Prefer previous operations experience in a healthcare business development environment Travel is required and mileage is paid.
