Provides oversight for HOV’s physician scheduling; serves as expert resource for staff; troubleshoots issues and assures positive relations with internal/external customers. This position supervises HOV physician scheduling staff and also provides physician scheduling support. **Responsibilities** § Schedules physician home visits. § Provides supportive, timely and relevant communication. § Maintains and enhances professional skills. § Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. **Minimum Qualifications** § High school diploma or equivalent experience. § Minimum 3 years physician scheduling/medical office experience. Preferred Qualifications § Previous hospice/homecare staffing experience preferred § Previous supervisor experience preferred § Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred.
