**Description** PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Quality Officer, Associate Medical Director of Trauma. Administrative management position, working closely with the Hospital Leadership Team including the Director of the service line to help ensure the function and performance of the clinical department. The Associate Medical Director is responsible for addressing the needs of clinicians and staff, while aligning individual efforts with the mission, vision, values, strategic goals and organizational aims of PeaceHealth. Specific responsibilities are to ensure the Trauma programs performance in quality assurance, risk management, quality of service including patient access and satisfaction, and resource Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country.
