This is an exciting opportunity to provide outpatient primary care and occupational medicine to Community Health Network employees. We are looking for a physician who has a strong, team-oriented approach and a history of stable employment or training. • **Outpatient primary care** and **occupational medicine** focus. • Primary location at **Community Hospital North** , with occasional travel to Worksite Care Clinics around Indianapolis. • **No call** responsibilities after clinic hours. • **No weekends** required. • EMR system: **Epic** . **Licensure & Certifications** • **Board Certified/Board Eligible** in Family Medicine, IM/Peds, or Emergency Medicine. • **Occupational Medicine** experience preferred. • Licensed or eligible for licensure in **Indiana** . • **Medical Review Officer (MRO)** certification required. **About Us** Since opening our first hospital in 1956, **Community Health Network** has been dedicated to serving the Indianapolis community.
