Responsibilities:Develop and optimize process integration flows to achieve world-class performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration-related issues.Lead experiments and analyze data to improve process integration and yield.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure flawless implementation of new processes.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Qualifications & Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in process integration.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment.Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.Ambitious and driven with a focus on achieving outstanding results.Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and deliverables.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or a related area.Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.Demonstrated success in leading projects and driving process improvements.Experience in working within a global organization is a plus.
