Major Job Duties: + Fill customer orders at a 99.96% accuracy rate. + Meet all GMP requirements. + Follow safety rules. + Document packing lists, labels, and cartons for customer receiving purposes. + Products must be packed neatly into cartons, for International orders + Follow out-of-stock procedure. + Securely seal cartons. + Other duties assigned by supervisor. + Meet performance goals as specified. Required Knowledge and Skills: + High School Graduate or GED + Legible Writing + Manual Dexterity + Must be available for overtime and weekend work as required + Light to moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds is required + Requires light carrying of up to 25 pounds + Must be able to climb a ladder and/or steps \#LI-KH1 The base pay range for this position is $15.50/hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled).
