Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. **Job Title:** Picker/Packer **Location: Ellisville, MO** **Pay Range: $18.64 per hour** Shift : 2:30pm - 11pm **What's the Job?** + Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. + Operate warehouse picking equipment and lift items up to 35lbs. + Utilize RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety rules. + Collaborate with team members to meet business objectives. **What's Needed?** + Must reside within 50 miles of the work location. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. + Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred. + Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Potential for voluntary and mandatory overtime, including weekends. + Engagement in waste and material management activities. + Possibility of a $500 retention bonus for continuous employment until April 2025. + Gain valuable experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
