Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
Prepare and label packages for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Conduct quality control checks on products for defects or discrepancies.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Operate packing machinery and equipment safely.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Team player
Basic math skills
Familiarity with inventory systems (a plus)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Spanish
Warehouse experience preferred
Detail-oriented
Ability to lift heavy objects
