Responsibilities include:packaging bakery products to be sent to Publix storesoperating palletizing equipment to stack containers of product on palletsmoving, dumping and scraping bowls and hoppers and ensuring pans are in place for product to be depositedplacing product on the production line and applying icing and toppingscleaning equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with industrial strength chemicalsaccurately completing all paperwork required by the position andother duties as assigned.
