DESCRIPTION:
Safely operates power industrial equipment as neededPicks/packs, Inspects, Ships merchandise to customersAccurately performs data entry via PC/RFAchieves production (UPH) standards in all areasAchieves quality (IQA) standards in all areasWorks with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductionsUnderstands team objectives within assigned work areaApplies basic skills and procedural knowledge within assigned work areaReports to work as scheduled, using time clock systemCompletes other duties as assigned by supervisorMust be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy periodsQUALIFICATIONS:
Previous PC/RF experience preferred; basic keyboarding skills; computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word)Distribution center experience preferredBasic math skillsGood hand/eye coordinationAbility to work independently or in team as assignedQuality conscious and detail orientedFlexibility - may be required to work in other areas, overtime or extended hoursUnderstand and follow verbal or written instructionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, stoop and climb for up to 10 hours at a timeClimb stairsStand for duration of work shift and walk/move continuouslyWork around moving machinery/equipmentAdjust to climate changes; hot and cold extremes may occur in warehousePerform frequent/reoccurring movement (folding, hanging clothing, wrapping, packing, closing, ticketing, etc.)Lift up to 60 pounds several times per day; weight requirements may vary within work areas; perform overhead lifting as necessaryWork comfortably on open platform/loft areas that are elevated to a second or third story levelWORK SCHEDULE:
