Develop pigment solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, manufacturing technology, sustainability, marketing, and sales to ensure the seamless integration of new pigment technologies into the company's product offerings. + Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all R&D activities.
