Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging Pilates instruction for individual reformer and group mat PilatesCatering to clients ranging from first timers to advanced practitionersBe a team player willing to sub for other instructors, build relationships with members and colleagues and contribute to a positive studio atmosphere. Ensure the smooth operation of all equipment through periodic service checks and reporting and issues  promptlyResponsible for scheduling and organizing the daily business of personal training clientsSubmission and organization of proper paperwork for daily clientelePlan and conduct fitness exercise sessions, personal training sessions, group training experiences, and in-service education sessions.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesProvide a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication Highly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAssist in the recruitment, development and training of all fitness staffEnsure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelinesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow departmental policies and procedures Follow all safety and sanitation policiesPerform any other job duties as assigned Qualifications Experience teaching reformer and mat classesMaintain professional certifications (AEA , YMCA, AFAA, NASM, ACSM ) while continually pursuing a greater degree of knowledge and expertise Maintaining current CPR CertificationAbility to work flexible hoursPossible Jumping; Bending; Running, as necessary to demonstrate exercise routines.Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sittingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Benefits
