Job Summary

Responsible for the safe and competent operation of corporate aircraft, as directed by the management while performing the duties of a pilot in command as part of a required two pilot flight crew. Certain restrictions on command status may be required by management as dictated by adverse weather conditions, high intensity or geographically complex airports, crew member qualifications, or mechanical status of the aircraft.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure all safety responsibilities for assigned trips.

Coordinate with the appropriate scheduling authorities for trip requirements, itinerary, and ancillary details.

Collaborate with management and maintenance staff on all issues involving scheduled or unscheduled aircraft maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum Time Requirements:

Total flight time: 3500 hours

Pilot in Command: 1500 hours

Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Jet or Turboprop: 1000 hours

No accidents/incidents/violations Licenses/Certifications: Class II medical certificate with ability to obtain 1st class medical certificate as necessary FCC Radiotelephone Operator permit Airline Transport Pilot Certificate- Airplane Multi-Engine Land Ability to obtain operational approval as a crew member for Washington DC restricted airport access (DASSP) US Citizen with current US Passport Maintain a primary residence in proximity of CMH that allows for early morning show times, late evening arrivals and the ability to launch within two hours if pre-advised of likely flight requirement.

Other Requirements:

Follow all Federal Aviation Administration, company policies, and associated regulations Turbojet time or jet type rating preferred Maintain FAA Certificates and ratings as necessary Logbook documentation for qualifications Federal criminal background check is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

International Experience.

Prior experience in corporate/business aviation.

FAA Type rating in the Challenger 300/350.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

Compensation Range:

$155,761.00-202,490.50 USD
